The founder of the Mallcom, Mr Ajay Mall, has close to four decades of rich experience in the PPE industry. Having a visionary stance and professional outlook towards the business, Ajay heads the Board of the company and is directly responsible and accountable for the well-being of the firm.

Being a fellow member of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), and a member of the British Institute of Management, UK (BIM), Ajay is considered as one of the most acknowledged business scholars. With his unique understanding and admirable executive abilities, he has successfully endeavoured in the fields of formulation of business plans, corporate financing, foreign exchange management, international businesses and joint ventures.

Mr Ajay has been awarded multiple times for his entrepreneurship prowess and is a member of leading trade bodies for leather, textile, and exports.

Mr Ravindra Pratap Singh

Director

Mr. Singh is one of the independent Board Members of Mallcom since 2011. He has completed his post graduation from the University of Calcutta and has been associated with the ICAI as a fellow member for over three decades. With more than 24 years of experience, he provides his expertise relating to assurance services, handling financial planning assignments, and providing income tax advice.

With utmost professionalism, Mr. Singh holds the position of one of the senior partners of one of the leading auditing firm of Kolkata, Lodha & Co. He has been an influential persona in the Corporate & Management Advisory with an extended experience in corporate restructuring, mergers & demergers and valuations, debt restructuring, advisory on asset reconstruction, due diligence and more.

Mr. Arindam Bose

Mr Arindam Bose has over twenty years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Wealth Management and Client Relationship Management. He has successfully raised more than a Billion US Dollars in Private Equity & direct placement transactions and has concluded over another Billion Dollars in Equity Finance transactions over his career. He brings a wealth of knowledge with his vast experience in the GCC region.

Mr Arindam Bose  is  presently the Managing Director & Board Member of Vitta Holdings Limited, a boutique investment advisor specializing across Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Previously, He was the General Manager at Al Etihad Financial Advisors and a Partner at Al Masah Capital, a UAE based investment fund with over USD 1.5 Billion under management in the MENA region.  Formerly, Mr Arindam Bose was a Director in the Global Banking & Markets Group at Royal Bank of Scotland. His other notable roles include International Private Banking at Coutts & Company, The National Investor, Government of Dubai and The World Bank Group.

Mr Arindam currently sits on the board of Uluru inc, Velocitas Partners, Carving Futures Pte Limited (Mom’s Belief), Agile Financial Technologies, GSEC & Karu Design & Marketing Pvt Ltd.

Mr Arindam holds a Bachelors in Engineering as well as a Masters in Relationship Management. He registered with the FSA after completing his IMC exams conducted by the UK Society of Investment Professionals. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Bengali.
