    Responsibilities:

    • Leading a team of assistant managers and supervisors to allocate and overview daily and weekly assignments in various areas of the plant
    • Developing procedures and ensuring implementation for preventive and on-spot maintenance to increase utilization and reduce downtime
    • Preparing periodical HT & LT line verification and monitor energy conservation by overviewing electric generator set, solar power, and biofuel
    • Achieving target energy cost and efficiency of all the production plants by verifying and observing monthly electrical bills
    • Assisting Business Unit Head in developing/modifying the machinery to suit new processes efficiently and economically
    • Weekly spare parts inventory control including proper warehousing and vendor management at most economical and efficient options
    • Conducting regular inspections across plats and maintaining proper documentation of logs and reports on daily activities
    • Establishing and ensuring proper compliance of health and safety policies with proper usage of PPE including regular training

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor in Instrumentation or Electronics – B.E/B.Tech in Electrical is preferred
    • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in working with PLC based hi-tech equipment (Working knowledge of injection and PCB enriched system will be added advantage)
    • Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic pressure operation
    • Desire to impart innovative mechanism for simplification and modernization of various machineries
    • Basic understanding of civil engineering mainly water pump and fire system (experience in establishing a new project will be an added advantage)
    • Working knowledge with CAD for 2D drawings
    • Proven understanding of HT/LT electrical panel and corresponding transformer (VCB/OCB).
    • Having a global network of technically sound vendors of mechanical spares manufacturers with well-equipped tool room
    • Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate with internal teams, and external vendors
    • Good communication and MS office skills
    • Multi-tasker with an ability to manage different plants at different locations remotely also
