Documentation Officer

We are looking for a competent candidate to take care of the various documentation related work for imports and exports for our SEZ unit at Ahmedabad Apparel Park. 

Job Description: 

• Responsible for checking the documents of Import / Export Shipments and arranging the pickups etc  Ex-Works / FOB/ CNF Import / export shipments all related to SEZ unit. 

• Responsible for maintaining the Import Export Register/ Online on ERP for various information and analysis for Purchase, Logistic and Accounts Department 

• Responsible for Submission of e-filing as well as various statutory Form and Data to Central Excise Department as per their requirements for 100% Import/Export Oriented Unit. 

• Responsible for processing the application for renewal of Letter of Permission and submission of data to Development Commissioner for SEZ Unit 

• Coordinating with customs office for all kinds of paper work in relation to import/export clearances for SEZ unit 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in imports and exports documentation 

• Problem solving attitude. 

• Sound knowledge in MS Office. 

• Good communication skill and flexible.  

• Education: At least Graduation

Store Keeper

We are looking for a professional who can look into the store keeping of the factory.

Responsibilities

1.Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Store
2. Ensure sufficient inventory of required materials all the time.
3. Maintaining Inventory as per the project requirement.
4. Physical stock verification and reconciliation of Stock
5. Stocking / Storing of materials at right places
6. Maintain security controls cash, keys, alarms and stock.
7. Updating of Receipts & Issues in ERP.
8. Ensure that the store is free from pilferage.
9. Responsible for security and safety of the store.

Executive - E-Commerce

Executive eCommerce:

We are looking for passionate and dynamic executives with 1  to 2 years of work experience in ecommerce domain with good communication skills and a passion for digital media/e-commerce

Responsibilities:  

• List, edit and update products on B2B and B2C digital marketplaces like Amazon , Flipkart, Moglix and Industry Buying. 

• Ensure proper brand presence on online marketplaces using infographics, enhanced content, and coordination with the branding team 

• Process daily orders and coordinate with accounting and logistics team for order deliveries and bookkeeping 

• Run regular ad campaigns and promotional offers for e-commerce 

• Coordinate with marketplace managers for regular upkeep of online presence 

• Coordinate with  inventory team to replenish stock when needed  

• Work with cross-functional teams to execute internal branding and new product launch

Responsibilities

• Identify potential Vendors and materials relevant to the product line in coordination with product development team and merchandisers.
• Arrange samples and orders, track and ensure timely delivery and review quality of indented products.
• Compare and evaluate quotes from Suppliers.
• Create databases for Vendors, Materials, and prices.
• Identifying material requirement and order processing in coordination with stores and Production department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Commerce or equivalent with a minimum of 2-5 years worked in the Purchasing Department in a manufacturing Unit.
• Strong communication skills, conversant with email systems and MS office applications. ERP/SAP exposure will be advantageous. Strong analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the operations of all Garment units with a capacity of 200,000+ garments per month by a workforce of 600+ laborers – Production, Quality, Costing, HR, Procurement, Utilities, Compliance, Projects & Other Liaison
• Coordination with suppliers, merchandisers, and contractors for timely completion of orders
• Work closely with marketing team to create new samples according to market demand
• Resolve all issues pertaining to logistics, maintenance, laborers, and government bodies
• Prepare weekly reports on progress and make necessary recommendations to the management on data-backed results
